1、皮殼機(jī)一般采用飛達(dá)自動(dòng)送紙結(jié)構(gòu)，整體動(dòng)作機(jī)械式控制，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理。
2、推紙平臺(tái)與走紙平臺(tái)的寬度調(diào)整采用中心同心調(diào)整，操作簡(jiǎn)單無(wú)誤差。
3、紙板送料臺(tái)采用線性導(dǎo)軌，準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤。
4、紙板送料有堵紙板自動(dòng)停機(jī)裝置，減少好產(chǎn)品的廢品率。
5、輸送帶采用大功率吸風(fēng)機(jī)，使紙張輸送更加平穩(wěn)準(zhǔn)確。
6、紙張的輸送定位系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口高精度光電控制，使紙張與紙板間的定位更加精確可靠。
7、后置的全自動(dòng)和半自動(dòng)四邊拆邊機(jī)采用獨(dú)特的自動(dòng)壓角、壓邊結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了成品的合格率。
8、收料平臺(tái)采用臺(tái)式堆疊輸送放料，收料更方便。
